Phoenix Mansion is located in the central region of Gongshu District, Hangzhou City. The community is comprised of two large plots in the north and south, with a total construction area of approximately 140,000 square meters. The architectural design incorporates Chinese courtyards, high-rise apartments, and commercial establishments that are thoughtfully planned following the environmental topography.
FORME was invited to handle the effect design, technical research, and site management of concrete paving engineering. Through the continuous mix ratio research test and process tracking, while overcoming important nodes to achieve the effect, FORME extended the concept of artistic creation, practiced the principle of ecologically sustainable development, and realized the decorative effect that the owner and the designer want to present to the greatest extent.
